1.Collection of Personal Data
In order to process your order, I need you to provide certain information (which Etsy is authorized to share with me). You may also provide additional personal information (such as for a custom order) when you contact me directly.

I use your information to provide the services you have requested, and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2. To comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to fulfill my obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

3.Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Customer data is important to my business. I only share your personal data for specific reasons and under certain circumstances, as follows:

Etsy: I share information with Etsy as needed to fulfill my obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Service Providers: I engage certain trusted third-party providers to perform tasks and services for my shop, such as shipping companies. I share your personal data with these providers only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business Transfers: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of the transaction, to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with Laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your data if I believe in good faith that it is necessary and appropriate to: a) respond to legal processes or governmental requests; b) enforce my contracts, terms, and policies; c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud, security or technical issues; or d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.

4.Data Retention
I retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my privacy policy. However, I may need to retain this information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. In general, I keep your data for the following period: 4 years.

5.Transfer of Personal Data to Countries Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other countries. Therefore, I may transfer your personal data to countries whose laws on data protection and government surveillance may differ from those of your country. If I transfer information about you to countries outside the EU, I rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

6.Your Rights
If you reside in certain regions, including the EU, you have a number of rights regarding your personal data. Some of these rights apply generally, and others only in specific cases. These rights are outlined below:

Access: You may have the right to access the personal data I hold about you and receive a copy by contacting me using the contact information below.

Correction, Restriction, Deletion: You may also have the right to change your personal data, limit my use of that data, or delete it. Except in exceptional circumstances (such as when I must store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal data upon request.

Object: You can object to: 1. my processing of some of your data based on my legitimate interests; and 2. receiving marketing messages from me after you have explicitly consented to them. In such cases, I will delete your personal data unless I can show compelling legitimate grounds for its continued use or it is required for legal reasons.

Complaints: If you are in the EU and have concerns about how I use your data – without prejudice to other rights you may have – you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
