I use your information as necessary to fulfill my obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Customer data is important to my business. I only share your personal data for specific reasons and under certain circumstances, as follows:

Etsy: I share information with Etsy as needed to fulfill my obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Service Providers: I engage certain trusted third-party providers to perform tasks and services for my shop, such as shipping companies. I share your personal data with these providers only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business Transfers: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of the transaction, to the extent permitted by law.

5.Transfer of Personal Data to Countries Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other countries. Therefore, I may transfer your personal data to countries whose laws on data protection and government surveillance may differ from those of your country. If I transfer information about you to countries outside the EU, I rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Access: You may have the right to access the personal data I hold about you and receive a copy by contacting me using the contact information below.

Object: You can object to: 1. my processing of some of your data based on my legitimate interests; and 2. receiving marketing messages from me after you have explicitly consented to them. In such cases, I will delete your personal data unless I can show compelling legitimate grounds for its continued use or it is required for legal reasons.

Complaints: If you are in the EU and have concerns about how I use your data – without prejudice to other rights you may have – you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
